ENTRIES 2: Baking Mini Pavlova Cake

MINI PAVLOVA CAKE 

Hello guys, welcome to my first blog. So today I would like to share with you guys my first recipe which is mini pavlova cake. Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert with a crispy crust and a soft, light filling, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream. Pavlova cake originates from Russia. Usually, some people make a giant pavlova cake, but this is my first time making pavlova cake, so I just make the mini one, so if I'm failed making this cake it's not like wasting the ingredients. Next time I will make a big pavlova cake, I hope you guys like my mini pavlova cake.


Ingredients 
-White egg
-Sugar
-vanilla extract
-Purple food colouring (others)
-Corn starch
-Lime
-Berries

How to make mini pavlova cake






1. Separate white egg and yolk. Just use white egg mix it and then add 1tsp sugar mix together.

2. Next, put vanilla extract, a little but purple food colouring (i am using purple colour because i love purple) up to you what colour u wanna use for your pavlova cake. And then add 1tsp corn starch and half of lime, mix together 

3. Prepare the meringue to a pastry bag and pipe it onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Start in the centre and work outwards to make a rose, and then build it up

4. Next, use the back of a spoon to create little bowls. And then put them at oven on 225 degrees fahrenheit for an hour and 15 minutes. Then then the oven off and leave them in there another 30 minutes 

5. Slide them off the baking sheet and let them cool completely. 

6. Then let's make a cream. Combiine One and half cups of cold heavy whipping cream with 2 tbsp of sugar, beat those on high speed for about 2 minutes until thick and fluffy.

7. Using the frosting tip to pipe on the cream. Then add a whole bunch of berries and that's a really all there is to it.

ENTRIES 3: Baking Red Velvet Cupcake

RED VELVET CUPCAKE

Today I want to share a red velvet cupcake recipe that is soft and delicious to try. Red velvet attracts a lot of people's attention because of its attractive and beautiful appearance, making the price of this cake very special. Red velvet cupcakes can be sold or used as a side dish to celebrate a birthday. In addition, red velvet cupcakes are also often made to celebrate Valentine's Day because red symbolizes Valentine's Day. Red velvet cupcakes are usually topped with delicious cream cheese for a gorgeous sweet treat.

Ingredients

-1/2 cup of full cream milk

-1/2 tbsp of vinegar

-1/2 cup of oil

-1/2 cup of sugar

-1 large egg

-1/2 cup buttermilk

-1/2 tsp of red food colouring 

-1 cup of cake flour/all purpose flour

-1 tbsp of Cocoa powder

-1/2 tsp of baking powder

-1/2 tsp of baking soda 

-pinch of salt

-1/4 cup of hot water

-150 g of cream cheese

-40g of unsalted butter

-35g of icing sugar


How to make Red Velvet Cupcake 




1. First of all you must prepare the buttermilk. Put 1/2 cup of full cream milk and 1/2 tbsp of vinegar, set aside for 10 minutes

2. In a second bowl, put 1/2 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of sugar and beat 1 large egg, mix together for a while an then put the buttermilk that you made before. Next, put 1/2 tsp of red food colouring.

3. Sift 1 cup of cake flour, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt and mix together at the same bowl. Add 1/4 of hot water and 1/2 tsp of vinegar. 

4. Prepare muffin tray with cupcake liners and fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full and then bake in preheat oven at 160c for 20-25 minutes

5. In the next bowl, prepare the cream cheese frosting with 150g of cream cheese, 40g of unsalted butter and mix together. Next, sift 35g of icing sugar and beat until smooth. Do not overbeat! 

6. Put the cream cheese in a piping bag. The cupcakes are ready, let them cool before piping the cream cheese frosting. After that sprinkle some cake crumbs and the cupcake already done.

ENTRIES 4: Baking Cheesecake (with 3 ingredients)

CHEESECAKE WITH 3 INGREDIENTS 

Welcome again to my blog! So today I would like to share with you guys cheesecake with 3 ingredients recipe. Why I'm doing this because I love cheesecake with a simple ingredients. This cake we can serve to our guest for a side dish or something like that. I'm make a small portion, if you guys want a huge portion, just add the quantity of the ingredients. So, without waste any time, let's start it.


Ingredients 

-200g cream cheese

-1 egg

-1tbsp wheat flour 


How to cook Cheesecake with 3 ingredients 

1. prepare a container, add 200g of cream cheese, 1 egg, 1tbsp of wheat flour and blend it until well blended.

2. Next, pour the mixture into a container that is easy to steam.

3. Steam for 15 minutes until soft and fluffy


And we're done! 

ENTRIES 5: Baking Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake

LOTUS BISCOFF CHEESECAKE 

Lotus biscoff cheesecake is my favourite cake. I always baking this cake if I'm starving or need some dessert. The ingredients is easy to find and the making process is also fun. Some people always make this cake without an oven because for them that the easiest option and save their time. But for me I like using an oven if I'm making Lotus biscoff cheesecake. So here is one of the Lotus biscoff cheesecake that I have made before. 



Ingredients 

| Cookies dough

175g biscoff cookies

90g unsalted butter

8g vanilla sugar

35g cornstarch

3 eggs 


| Topping 

125g biscoff spread garnish

Whipped cream

Biscoff cookies


How to cook Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake 

1. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Place the ground biscoff cookies in a deep bowl and add the melted butter. Mix until well combines 

2. Distribute the cookie dough over the baking dish and press it firmly against the bottom (use the back of a spoon as a tool). Place the cookie dough in a preheated oven at 170c. Bake for 15 minutes 

3. Place the cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Mix for 1 minutes. Sift the cornstarch over the bowl. Mis for 1 minutes 

4. Put the mixer aside and use a spatula from now on. Crack the eggs one by one over the bowl. Stir the egg lightly into the cheesecake batter. Grease the baking dish well and place a piece of baking paper in it. 

5. Add cheesecake batter. Place the biscoff cheesecake in a preheated oven at 125c. Bake for 60 minutes. 

6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit in 1 hour

7. Remove the biscoff cheesecake the oven from the oven and place it, covered, in the refrigerator. Preferably overnight. 

8. Melt the biscoff spread, stirring, in a saucepan over low heat. Pour the melted biscoff spread over the cheesecake and place, covered, in the refrigerator for 30-35 minutes.

9. Finally, cut into beautiful points and garnish with biscoff spread and cookies (your own decoration)

ENTRIES 6: Baking Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CUPCAKE

I make chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake because I love the combination. It's just like a perfect combination between chocolate and peanut butter. I'm pretty sure that many of you guys will love this recipe especially for chocolate peanut butter lover. Make sure you guys make a good platting and it can make the chocolate peanut butter looks more appetising.


Ingredients 

-1 cup flour 

-1/2 cup cocoa powder

-3/4 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp baking soda

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/2 cup granulated sugar 

-1/2 cup brown sugar 

-1/3 cup vegetable oil

-1/2 cup milk 

-1tsp cream of tartar

-1 egg

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/2 cup boiling water 

-1/2 cup butter 

-1 cup peanut butter

-2 1/4 cups powdered sugar 

-3 tbsp heavy cream 

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chip

-2 tbsp peanut butter 

-Chocolate chips


How to cook Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake 

1. Prepare a bowl and add 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup Cocoa powder, 3/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking sofa, 1/2 tsp salt and mix them together.

2. In the next bowl, add 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1tsp cream of tartar, 1/2 cup milk,1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 egg and mix them together with a mixer. After that, add 1/2 cup boiling water and mix them again

3. Next, fill cupcake liners a little over halfway. Bake at 350* for 18-20 minutes

4. After it's done. Let's cool it for a while. 

5. On the next bowl, add a peanut butter frosting l, cream 1/2 cup butter and mix them until smooth. Add 1 cup of peanut butter and mix them again. Add 1 tsp vanilla, 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 3 tbsp heavy cream and mix them again.

6. Prepare in piping bag as cupcakes finish cooling. Pipe it into the cupcakes

7. Next, melt 2 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips with 2 peanut butter. Drizzle over cupcakes and top with chocolate chips.

ENTRIES 7: Baking Burnt Cheesecake (with air fryer)

BURNT CHEESECAKE 

Welcome back to another recipe ! So today i am baking burnt cheesecake using the air fryer. Sounds good tight? This is the most delicious cake that I have made. I got my recipe from my grandmother.  You guys should try it with this method because it is so easy to make and save your time. Happy trying.


Ingredients 

-250g cream cheese

-1/2 cup sugar

-200ml whipping cream

-2 eggs

-1 egg yolk

-A pinch of salt

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-2 tbsp wheat flour


How to make delicious Burnt Cheesecake 

1. First of all put 250g cream cheese into blender, 1/2 cup sugar, 200ml whipping cream, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2tbsp wheat flour and then blend them together until smooth. 

2. Prepare baking tray with baking paper that suitable with your air fryer and then put the mixture.

3. Next, bake in an air fryer at 180c for 20 minutes.

4. Let it cool before slicing

ENTRIES 8: Baking Mango Cheesecake (No bake)

 MANGO CHEESECAKE

So today I would like to make a mango cheesecake without bake as you guys request. I think this is quite easy to make for those doesn't have an oven at their home. Mango cheesecake is most favorite cake among my family members because of the perfect combination between fresh mango and cheese. So let's start it!


Ingredients 
-175g digestive biscuit 
-70g butter
-Mango
-500g cream cheese
-3 tbsp condensed milk
-3 tbsp sugar 
-Vanilla 
-250ml whipping cream
-2 tbsp gelatin
-60ml hot water


How to cook Mango Cheesecake without bake 

1. Prepare digestive biscuit and blitz into fine crumbs, cut 70g of butter and melt it. Combine crumbs of digestive biscuit with melt butter and mix it.

2. Put them at round cake plate, use back of spoon to flat them and the refrigerate

3. Next, cut and bland the mango into pure

4. In the second bowl, put 500g cream cheese, 3 tbsp condensed milk, 3 tbsp sugar, a splash of vanilla and mix them together. In the next bowl, put 250ml whipping cream and whisk till fluffy. Combine them together. 

5. After that, put 2 cups of mango pure and mix them together. Add 2tbsp gelatin and 60 ml hot water. Put it at round cake plate that we refrigerated before. 

6. Add 3tbsp sugar , 1tbsp gelatin and 100ml hot water on mango pure and mix them. Put them on top of the cake and chill overnight. 

7. Slice and serve

ENTRIES 9: Baking Pandan Chiffon Cake

 PANDAN CHIFFON CAKE

Pandan chiffon cake is a easiest cake to make. I make this cake usually to serve for tea time with my family and enjoy with coffee or tea while enjoy the sunset.


Ingredients
- 5 Egg whites
- 5 Egg yolks
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 199 1/4 g 14 tablespoon) cake flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
- 175 1/8 g Powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Neutral flavored oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 60 g Ram fresh/frozen pandan leaves


How to cook Pandan Chiffon Cake

1. Use a pair of scissors to cut pandan leaves into thin strips and place them in the food processor/blender along with coconut milk and water. Grind into a smooth puree, then strain with a fine-mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to extract 1/2 cup of pandan extract.
Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed. Add pandan extract and oil, continue beating until well mixed. Sift in cake flour, baking powder, and salt, and beat until just combined 

2. In another large mixing bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar (or vinegar), followed with powdered sugar in 3 batches, whisk until stiff peak.

3. Fold 1/3 of egg white batter into egg yolk batter with a whisk/spatula until well mixed, then pour this into the remaining egg white batter and fold again until well mixed

4. Stiff peak egg white batter. Fold 1/3 of egg white batter to egg yolk batter. Pour egg yolk batter into the remaining egg white batter and fold until smooth. Pour batter into an ungreased and unlined 7-inch angel food cake pan.

5. Pour the batter into an ungreased and unlined 7-inch angel food pan. Gently tap the pan to remove air bubbles. Bake in the preheated oven of 170 Celsius (335 Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes.

6. After 15 minutes, reduce the oven temperature to 150 Celsius (300 Fahrenheit). Continue baking for another 30-35 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean

7. Cool the chiffon cake by inverting the pan to prevent the cake from collapsing. It will take about 3-4 hours to cool it to room temperature.

ENTRIES 10: Baking Tiramisu Cake (No bake)

 TIRAMISU CAKE

Tiramisu is a Italian dessert serve with Cocoa powder. I choose to not bake when I'm making this cake because the process is quite hard and I think it's better to refrigerated them instead of baking on the an oven. So if you guys lazy but starving for tiramisu cake, you can follow my recipe to make your own. 



Ingredients 

-2 egg yolk

-2 tbsp sugar

-250g mascarpone 

-300 ml whipping cream 

-1/2 tbsp sugar (optional) 

-Coffee powder 

-Cocoa powder

-Ladyfingers 


How to make Tiramisu Cake

1. Put 2 egg yolks and 2 tbsp sugar on first bowl, then mix them together. Prepare a water bath in the next bowl for egg yolk mixture. Put the first bowl into water bath and continue whisking again. 

2. Add 250g mascarpone mix till incorporated.

3. In the next bowl, add 300ml whipping cream,  1/2 tbsp sugar whisk till stiff peaks. Pour them into first bowl to combine them 

4. Next, making some coffee with coffee powder (I just used instant), you can add rum too.

5. Dip ladyfingers in coffee (don't soak them for too long) 

6. Put the ladyfingers that we dip into coffee to final plate. Spread the layer of the mascarpone mixture and repeat. Final touch, try to smoothen it and dust it with cocoa powder then we're done !

7. Don't forget to refrigerate it !
